how loud will my system go?

front and back speakers infinity kappa serie 62.9i
two sony xplod XS L120P5W in a SEALED box (2 CF total) 350 rms, 1200w peak
i notice on probably a couple songs the bass does't get too loud like other songs. like the box is too small to be 2CF.. but it happens rarely.
if i made a new box from 2CB (1CB each box) to (1.5 CB each box) how louder will it change?
any ideas setting the filter? or crossover point? to get a good low end extension? or probably more than it has now?

but it is a rough estimate at best. The result was 134.8dB. It's using some very generic assumptions that don't always add up in application which is about all you can do for a guesstimate.
~135 sounds pretty high for a pair of sealed Sony's at 300w each. I would expect mid 120's at full volume, and it would probably occur fairly high in the subwoofer frequency range (50-60). Below that it will gradually roll off and won't sound as loud.
The crossover shouldn't have much effect on the bottom end. It is a low pass filter that is only effecting the top end of the sub's range. Usually they work best somewhere around 80hz, but in a sealed box you might get as much as 100 or 120 before they start to sound sloppy.
With a sealed box the subsonic filter can be off or at 15hz.
With your 5v pre-amps the gain should be on the 1-8v setting and somewhere in the 12 o'clock range.
Sealed boxes don't tend to go real low. I can't find the t/s parameters for that sub, but it probably starts to roll off in the 50's or higher and would be all but useless by the time it gets into the 30's which is where a lot of rap/hip-hop will just start getting interesting.
Sealed boxes for cheap subs are great for the novice. They're easy to build or buy pre-built, and they'll get fairly loud where it's easy to get loud (40-60), but going low and loud takes big ported enclosures, high quality subs and usually a lot of power.
