OK so i got a pix-micro of Hannah Montana which my bro gave me that i really love but every time i take pics the picture come out black when im taking them in a bright environment what should i do?should i take it back to the store to get a new one?

This may sound silly, but it looks like the camera is quite small. Make sure you don't have a finger covering the lens when you take the picture. If not, the camera could be defective and yes, it should have a warranty..take it back and see if they can find the problem for you.
