What can I do with Samsung SCH-A670 LCD screens and camera?

I took apart my Samsung SCH-A670 and was able to get the 2 LCD screens (internal and external), as well as the little camera. The main question is, what can I do with them? Another question I have is: what is the make and model of the LCD screens and camera? (I can't find that info printed anywhere around the item, or on the web...)

Ideally, I'd like to re-wire and connect them to my MacBook, then do something with them. Some things I have in mind: making 1 of the LCDs to become a second (mini) monitor for my laptop; wire the camera independently to take photos or video; get camera output and display it in the LCD.

Any lead is greatly appreciated!
