
What are some ways I can help my body get used to getting up early without being tired all day? ?
I work 32 hours a week, my shift starts at 7. I also take a full load of credits at college. I want to know what the best way is to train my body to get used to getting up early without being tired all day? Any suggestions?
Keep the blinds open so you wake up to a sunlit room instead of a dark one that makes you want to keep sleeping.
Eat breakfast, shower, and/or go for a run when you wake up, they will all wake you up and provide you with a healthy energy boost.
Go to sleep as early as possible so you aren't perpetually waking up still tired. Also, don't sleep in more than an hour or two on weekends, it'll ruin your schedule all over again.
If you're working and studying full time being tired isn't because you're waking up early, it's because you're doing a lot -- I don't know what your job is but make sure you're getting plenty of sunlight, exercise, and water. They keep you fresh.
When you are pushing your body's endurance limits, it is important to focus on your health -- you must eat, drink, and live healthy or your body will break down and you'll start getting sick often.
